I have an almost mint 2004 JX 75 that I have had for about 4 years now.
I use it periodically, mainly when the yard gets out of control...
It is one of the few mower still out there that will cut though 12" tall grass without skipping a beat...
I have a few of the older style (90's) 14sb, 94 JX75 & a 97 JX85 that perform the same if not even better. I have a 14se-JA65(nicknamed frankenstine) 14se engine I transferred to a JA65 frame...
I am curious on what they are worth these days. I don't have pictures of all of them but I've got some of my 04 JX75...
I also have a clean 285 that has 940 hrs and the engine cam was replaced @ around 600.
Cost $998 to do it... Glad I didn't pay that!
I have all the paper work on it since it was purchased brand new. It is a 1989 model that cost $4k new... WOAH!
I am the 3rd owner.
I'll post pictures of it too.
I rebuilt the deck with new pulleys and bearings.
Wondering its value as well.
