I just purchased a decent HT3813 that had the deck completely rebuilt. It just needs a little TLC. The only issue I found so far is that the brakes don't stop very good. I'm hoping it is just an adjustment but for $400 I'm not complaining.
Looking forward to tapping the knowledge of this forum as I go over this tractor. I am a fleet manager so I can do all the work myself. I guess I just needed something to tinker with. But I have a new lawn that will need to be mowed in a few weeks so I am anxious to get it ready.
