I'm here as I'm looking for information regarding Simplicity Broadmoors. We've had lots of problems with ours and checking to see if anyone else has. Tried to find a phone # for customer service at the Simplicity internet site, but even the customer service email site is broken, but was able to find a single site to email that worked. I got a reply stating that I need to go to my dealer. My subsequent letter was firm, but polite that it was not a dealership problem as the dealer did not build the machine. So, we'll see how far that gets me. Thanks for listening.
