John Deere 350 - Plowing?

Morning All - I'm looking to find out if anyone has had any experience or researched the JD 350? One dealer says it's not strong enough to plow - "you'll blow the transmission". Another dealer tells me the 350 has a better trans and can be used for plowing. It's really going to be a mowing machine, I have a snowblower that's used for most snow, the plow only comes out when it's a too small to blow snow or if it's really wet and slushy and you can't blow it.
