Co-workers landlord offered me a couple machines.

She told me the landlord wanted to know if I would buy their Husqvarna lawn tractor and what appears to be a Ferris walk behind 48" mower. I offered the walk behind to Bob which he bought for $100 as I offered $100 for the tractor. I picked the tractor up today and it runs and moves. Original reason for parking it was poor cut from center spindle. Turns out they changed blade with deck on and ruined all the stars! The center blade spun free! Something is wrong with steering, it locked up at straight twice on me. The second time I was too close to bush and a sharp stick impaled my scalp! It hurts still, hope no splinter in it! :( The grass was so caked onto bottom of deck I needed the second hardest nozzle to get it off! Engine was very oily and it seems to be burning oil more it ran. Either the head gasket is bad or rings. Shame but still nice machine for money.
