Hello all,
I have a 1994 (I think) GT6000 that has lost reverse and 1st gear in both hi and low range.
I was pulling a heavy load and got stuck. Thought I could get unstuck by rocking back and forth. That was last fall. 2 local repair shops refused to look at it and I don't trust the 3rd. Haven't called the OEM shop. Figured it would cost too much.
Looked for a replacement transaxle off fleebay and even a machine for parts with no luck.
So far I have taken the transaxle off the frame. I have no ideal which side to lay the transaxle on to take apart or what to look for once apart. Any and all help would be appreciated.
This machine was my Pappaw's so there is a real desire to get it working again.
Below are a few pics and the tag off the transaxle.
