Kohler running rich

Working on a Kohler Command Pro 26 with EFI. Starts and runs good until blades engaged then runs very rich, rough and seems to lose some power. When blades disengaged, engine picks up and runs fine again. Have set governor (by the manual) several times and seems to make no difference. Any ideas?
