New Member with Ariens 1740 issue

Hello, the name is Ron from Maryland, and I have an issue with my second hand Ariens 1740 zero turn mower. I'll post my question in the repair forums but the basic issue is that the blades never disengage (low speed with PTO switch off, normal/operational speed with PTO switch on). PTO clutch seems to be working fine and the ohm test came back at 3.1 ohms.
