Can a 3810 seat fit on an H2013?

Hi all,
I have a beat up H2013. The seat is just the foam and base, no outer covering. Replacements seem expensive but I've found available a good seat from a Honda 3810 tractor with mounting hardware. Will it fit, or can it be modified to fit on the H2013?
