I started my spring clean up yesterday here in middle GA. We have Bermuda grass that likes to be cut really short. We do a thing we call scalping to remove the dormant dead grass from last year. Long story short I dropped the deck down to .75" in the front and 1.25" in the back and bag the clippings. I ended up filling 29 home depot 30 gallon yard waste bags! That was only 2/3 of my 6k sq ft yard! Needless to say the Honda got a work out.
After all this I will sharpen the blade as I did not do that before winter storage last season. I will have to recheck the air filter along with a clean up.
