MTD Elite 2000 18HP governor system

Hello guys! First post here besides the introduce yourself thread. I have found a good bit of information for other parts and pieces for my MTD but I cant find what I need for my governing system.

First off, here is my model and engine model...
TMO-3100002
B&S 422707-1510-01 (18hp v twin)

When I got the mower it was in pieces, the carb was off and the diaphragm on the carb was shot so it wouldn't draw any fuel. I work for a company that converts gasoline engines to propane, so to get by for the summer, I threw on a propane carburetor in place of the gasoline carburetor (loosing my governor!). This worked fine for the summer mowing my 4 acres weekly (manually controlled throttle depending on load), but 2014 my wife plans to do some mowing, and I would like to have a governor :) I am going to modify the stock carburetor to work with propane, I just need some linkage help.

I have attached a few pictures, I wanted to see if anyone may have a picture of their system, I believe I am missing a few linkages. I know this is the stock carburetor, and I believe the system mounted to the motor itself is working correctly (governor would move linkages depending on load/rpm). I threw in a picture of the propane mixer I used last summer that was simple throttle system with a spring return.

If anyone has any idea what I am missing or may have a picture of their own stock system that shows me what I need, I would be very grateful! I can supply any pictures, measurements etc that you need. Thank you in advance for any help!
