Nope, it does not have one! I can't believe a company as clever as Honda would leave out this critical item.
For a few weeks now my mower had been stalling, as if running out of gas. I noticed there was some crud in the bottom of the fuel tank which would congregate at the outlet and starve the engine. First I would remove the overflow hose and use it to blow in the tank near the outlet to clear it. I finally removed the tank and cleaned it out. But it was too late and the last time it stalled I couldn't get it going, except under full choke, but with not enough power to drive it, let alone cut grass. Time to remove the carb and clean it out, not a quickie job.
After cleaning the carb jets and putting it back, I also installed a small B&S fuel filter in the line so this won't happen again
