Hi all
I have a large Ransomes walk behind 48" with a Kawaski FB460V motor.
The unit has to be nearly 30+ years old. I have the engine rebuilt probably about 5-6 years ago
NOW...The engine has the gas mixed into the Oil. I drained everything..and filled the oil back up...and started the engine..
It smokes like crazy and after about 2 mins of running it burned all the oil.
What engine can I use to do a direct replacement of the FB460V?
I've never rebuilt a motor..how easy would it be for me to do this?
As well, I don't seem to be able to find a rebuild kit...anythoughts..on what motor I could use to replace my FB460V?
