I have a 22" Toro Recycler #20332 push mower. It has been running fine until recently. The mower starts on the first pull. the mower just doesn't rev up to full RPMs. The mower sounds like it is barely running. It never dies, just doesn't get to full speed. After about 5 minutes of running, it finally kicks in and runs fine. What should I check to correct this problem? Thanks!
