I have an old briggs 3 HP engine , probably mid 60's vintage or earlier...finally got around to getting the thing started and running smoked a little then cleared up and is running pretty good. the problem is I have to pull the plug wire to shut it off...if I remember right the early engines had a what I'm calling a kill switch right next to the spark plug, flip it over against the plug and killed the engine...anyone remember that ?...can they still be had ? this one has what looks like the remains of that metal kill switch...I know it's not the safest thing but I would like to keep the engine original if possible
