Having some issues with my Deere LX279 and this looks like a great Forum to learn something. It seems after taking off my mower deck, the lift mechanism has a problem. If I try to lower the lift mechanism, it won't lock into place and just snaps back into the full upright position. I think some sort of spring has expired but I could use a nice clear exploded view of the total mechanism. Thanks in advance, Craig
