Caster bearings/bushings on RZ5426

My Husqvarna RZ5426's (967003606) bearing in the right caster yoke assembly is bad. Two months after I bought it brand new, the zerk apparently fell out while I was cutting my dusty 4 acres. I didn't notice it until I had cut the entire yard and was cleaning the mower afterwards. There are four zerks in the front casters and yokes on this model, and since I've had this mower three of them have come out at some point. I need guidance on how to tap the zerk holes to use threaded zerks instead of press-ins, but for right now I need help accessing the bearing/bushing to change them out and try to get rid of the terrible noise they're making. The grease cap has no gap whatsoever to try to pry it off. Not very DIY friendly. Has anyone else had this problem? I used the flathead screwdriver approach but it's gouging the yoke around the grease cap and knocking the paint off, which I'd rather not do. (And the grease cap is still tight) I can't find any Youtube videos on bearing replacement for this model (or any Husky ZT for that matter). Any suggestions?
