Rear Hitch- Cargo Basket Advise?

On the Steel Basket Utility Cargo Carrier ( for rear truck hitches). Looking for any good deals and recommendation from those of you who have tried them. IS there one strong enough where the gate also folds flat/flush when not in use, so you can still open the tail gate if need be. One more thing, I am looking for a deep on 32/33 inch plus so I could roll a snowblower on it.
