not starting question

I have a less than year old Husqvarna push mower. I came home yesterday to find it on its side (the side with the gas tank and air filter down) and oil all over and in it and oil on the garage floor.

Now, it wont start.

The air filter is filled with oil. the spark plug was wet with oil (dried it but didn't help)

What else can I do to fix this?
