Uneven Cut With Honda Mower

While walking in my neighborhood, I noticed a neighbor was cutting his lawn with a brand new Honda HRX217VKA. Looking at his lawn, I noticed in the middle of the each cut path the grass was a little higher.

Has anyone else who has a Honda mower had this similar issue?

Not sure how this can happen.
