I am too old and stiff to get onto this unit so I'll have to give only what I've been told. This unit has taken to "free wheeling" when headed downhill. That is at least 1/2 the time in these Tenessee hills. (No possibility of this on our SD place) My son says that it makes a clicking sound and picks up speed in an alarming fashion. He refuses to operate it now and we have to pay to get the lawn done. I know very little about hydrostats and would appreciate any insights or suggestions anyone can give me. I'd hate to take it to a shop because I should be able to fix it myself. I'm one of those "If I cant fix it it ain't broke" sorts. Old Opa
