14sb with Ogura blade clutch. This one was working fine other than a noisy bearing. I took the blade clutch apart and replaced the bearing for both the upper and lower. When I tried to reassemble the blade clutch, I could not get the fiber disk to mesh in the slots. There are larger square cut teeth that the fiber disk needs to set in. Lots of pieces to put together at the same time with this old style clutch. The tension on the spring does not help when you are trying to get the threads started on the bolt that goes inside the crank and holds on the blade clutch. I got the bolt tight, but now the clutch does not work. I don't think the fiber disk is making contact with the rotor.
Any ides on how to hold all the parts together while trying to get the bolt started?
Thanks
Doug
