Neighbor called to say his cv20 Kohler would not start. Pulled plugs and found one electrode was smashed (never good). Pulled head (which had recently been replaced) and a ball bearing about 1/4 inch in diameter fell out of cylinder. Piston is pock marked along with head and valves, and both push rods bent. Anybody have any ideas how bearing could have possibly gotten into cylinder head ????
