Newby here trying to help my neighbor with his Honda HRX217HYA mower problem. Im also a Honda owner but with no current problems.
The mower is just a few years old and maintained religiously. It starts on the first pull. It has started stalling when engaging the blade control. It doesnt matter whether its done quickly per the manual or slowly. After repeated attempts it will eventually engage and continue running.
Is this a typical problem with an easy fix?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
