Upside Down Blade?? That's a First for me!

I was asked to look over a single blade push mower for an acquaintance. SO I flip it over to check the blades and I am stunned to see the blades were installed backwards or upside down which ever way you want to say it, it was way wrong!!! Every which way but Correct!!
Have you ever experience seeing this??
