New to the forum, hunting for a mower

Hi,

I just signed up because I'm looking to buy my first mower.
When I used to mow my parents lawn about 10-15 years ago I used a mower (a Mastercraft maybe?) that had a handle that pivoted at the center of the machine so that you didn't have to turn the mower at the end of a row. You just stepped to the opposite side and the handle came with you. However, looking around now I don't see anything like this. It made mowing so easy and so I'm wondering...Is this still a thing? Does it have a name?
