Could use a little help. on B&S Carburetor Diagrams

I am in the Process of finishing the Cleaning up the B&S engine/carburetor on a Snapper RER.
Model 281318BE. If any one can direct me to a detailed diagram of the carburetor governor attachment I would be grateful!
Briggs Model Number: 28M707 Type:1166E1 I have the code if you need that too.
It looks likes it could go on two diff ways. Just want to be sure. :help::scratch:
