Hi, hoping to get some help with a Simplicity Regent 18 hp with 38" deck model 2690752. The PTO pulley is gouging the left deck bracket with a hard left turn and/or over uneven ground. I found one missing bolt (replaced) and tightened a few others. I tried it out and it it still rubs. Any ideas? Thanks.
