Pays to be nice and talk to your customers!! :)

Was talking to a customer other day and mentioned I could not find the tractor he requested and noticed the one he had in garage. He says its mine if I want it!? Guess a customer of his sold it to him and it did not run. A nice clean MTD with Opposed twin Briggs! Looks like a big block Chevy squeezed into the little tractor!! LOL
We went today while I was off work and picked it up from his home. Got home and tinkered with other machines as dad hurt his knee. Well we wound up working on it some, the nose is broken and caused trouble getting air cleaner off. We took the hood and grill off, I have good nose from Junker. Dad cleaned carb and I replaced failed solenoid. It fired up and runs good! Secondary belt is stretched and one blade is a u . The machine looks like it never was wet or outside!! VERY CLEAN! Engine had oil leak or spilled oil, dirty on sides. I checked all sump blots and back cover bolts for looseness, all good. The bags are in great shape as well! Scored for sure!!:2th:
