John Deere 820 A Rear Tine Tiller

Barn fresh from a nice old gentleman, I adopted this JD and brought her home. She'll run with a carb cleaning, and could use a couple new tires but SOLID as a rock!
Looking for a service and operators manual if anyone has a copy. Its an 820A
