Hey all intro and a question

Hi everyone! My name is Jenn and I live in NC. New to the forum community and wanted to say I've already learned a lot by reading a few posts. I bought a mower last weekend and wanted to come here and see if you guys can help me identify the year and what something like this might be worth. I am in the middle of fixing it up.The engine is a 5hp Briggs and Straton that turns over and starts but won't stay running. It is a Kees TM-22 commercial brush mower with high wheels on the back. I'm having a hard time finding any info and appreciate all the help I can get. Thank you!
