Hello all,

I just picked up a used JD LA140 lawn tractor. It had an issue with the engine not turning over but I diagnosed that to a flaky starter solenoid. So far, It runs very well, appears to be low hours (120), and I've already done a tune up (plugs, valve adjustment, chassis lubrication), as well as outfitting new sharpened blades.

I had an older MTD lawn tractor which basically worked well enough but was starting to fall apart. The flywheel teeth were starting to break so getting it started was pretty involved.
