New member from Dartmoor in the UK here. I've got a small chunk of land on the edge of the moor with rough bits, not-so-rough bits, lots of ups and downs and lots of lumpy granite. I've got a variety of equipment most of which is ancient, improved by modification in one way or another and generally part of the family. I don't throw stuff away if I can possibly help it - ingenuity generally rules the day to inject new life when stuff starts to die. Looking forward to interesting discussion.
