Bit of bad news the Honda HRU196 I purchased on the 7th of last month has had major carburetor issues,leaking lots of petrol,and not sounding good :(
Been back to dealer twice and still there,they say the carburetor has a manufacture fault,and the have replaced it with a new carburetor.
I am feeling deflated,I paid basically $1000 for it,and thought this would be the top of the line in push mowers.I have since bought a $100 refurb 2 stroke mower from a 'lawn mower man' ( I am sure you have these chaps in States-they tinker and repair and refurbish-more for their enjoyment) anyhow he did it up,and offered warrenty.Never had an issue,meanwhile the $1000 Honda still in dealers......
Anyone ever had Honda issues with one of the premium products?? I thought being commercial range,the quality control would be good...... I hope its going to working good,if I am not happy I think the dealer should refund my money or give me a new machine.
