Confused on honda mower engine model numbers

Hi there i have a question for the honda dudes here
ok
I have two older honda mowers one mower has a GXV 110/110 cc motor
and the other is a honda GXV 140 / 140 cc
anyways both coils are not working properly on both machines,
i checked ebay and found some good deals on coils but they say they fit the GX version honda motors? 110 120 140 160 ect

is this GX honda model engine the same as my honda mower engine which has the leter v on the end of the engine model number?
