LB D-640 carb needed or parts

Hello all. I have a 8230 d640 that I need a carb for or the s cap that goes at the bottom of the pick up tube in the float bowl. As the cap is missing on mine and won't run right only vary rich.
If anyone knows where I can get one or knows how to make a cap that will work please let me know.
